CONTEST REQUIREMENTS:

1.1. Contestant(s) will have the opportunity match their guess of the number of items in an attempt to match the

predetermined winning number created by GPP. To win the Grand Prize, a Contestant must exactly match the

predetermined winning number as determined by GPP and contained in the sealed security envelope, the contestant

will be eligible for the grand prize, subject to verification and approved by GPP. Each entry must include the

contestants name and number guess.

1.2. A minimum total of items will be displayed. If anyone is informed of the actual number of items on display, then no

claim will be acknowledged for this contest. The only indication of the number of items included in the display that

may be given to the contestants is the hint range provided by GPP.

1.3. A hint range will be provided by GPP. The predetermined winning number will be a number which falls within the

given hint range. The predetermined winning number will be a representation of the actual number of items on

display.

1.4. It is imperative that the sealed security envelope containing the winning number be kept in a secured location by the

client. Once the sealed security envelope has been opened for any reason, no claims shall be acknowledged for this

event.

1.5. Contestants will have one opportunity to submit their number in an attempt to match the predetermined winning

number. The number must be clear, complete, and legible. Any number that is incomplete or illegible will be

disqualified.

1.6. Client or contest administrator will submit all the entries by email or by placing a phone call to GPP representative.

Only entries received by GPP will be eligible for the contest.

1.7. Each number guess submitted to GPP must be on video. The video must zoom in and focus clearly on the name and

each submitted number guess entry.

1.8. GPP will compare each contestant’s number guess to the predetermined winning number for this contest. GPP will

then confirm with the client or contest administrator whether any contestant has submitted a number guess that

matches the order of the predetermined number.

1.9. In the event of a winner, client must return the sealed security envelope to GPP. The sealed security envelope must

be received by GPP in its original, unopened and sealed condition. GPP will inspect the envelope to confirm it has

not been opened, damaged or tampered with in any manner. If the sealed security envelope has been opened for

any reason, or if it has been damaged or tampered with in any manner, there will be no opportunity for a claim under

the terms of this contract.

1.10. In the event there is no winner, the sealed security envelope may be opened to reveal the predetermined winning

number. Once the sealed security envelope has been opened, and the order of the predetermined winning number

has been released, there will be no further opportunity for a claim.

2. CONTEST MATERIALS REQUIREMENTS:

2.1. GPP will provide a sealed security envelope containing the winning number.

3. CLAIM PROCEDURE:

3.1. In In the event an eligible contestant correctly submits a number that exactly matches the predetermined winning

number contained in the sealed security envelope, the contestant will be eligible for the grand prize, subject to

verification by GPP.

3.2. The Client shall provide video of the number guesses, the original sealed security envelope in its original, sealed,

unopened conditions and the contestant’s number entry.
